The static Trapeze very classic piece of Circus apparatus provides a stable bar for you to build strength and confidence, especially with going upside down.
Building fitness and strength-training you’ll learn to create mesmerising displays around a bar hung above the ground.
This aerial discipline starts with you learning simple moves on and under the bar which can be achieved with very little strength, by intermediate level techniques move up in to the ropes where you learn to invert in the ropes supporting your own weight and by advanced level we teach you dynamic acrobatic catch and release style tricks, drops, rolls dismounts and moves which require more advanced strength and flexibility.
Similar to Aerial Hoop in some ways Static Trapeze will definitely aid in transferring skills over to other apparatus as well.
You do not need to have any dance, fitness or aerial experience to start our classes, beginners need to start somewhere!
